Optimization Planning Method of Renewable distributed Generation in Radial Distribution Systems

Introduction: This study presents an effective method with high stability called the coyote optimization algorithm (COA) for optimal integration of renewable distributed generation units (DGUs), including biomass (BMs), wind turbine (WTs) and photovoltaic (PVs). The main aim is to minimize annual power loss cost considering three hybrid systems combination PV WT, BM PV, WT in time-varying load demand operating condition DGUs simultaneously under constraints bus voltage, branch current penetration DGUs. Methods: Apply determining distribution costs. Results: obtained results IEEE 69-bus radial system have demonstrated that proper can reduce loss, save costs, improve voltage profile significantly. In addition, introduced recently published methods such as slime mould (SMA) improved particle swarm (IPSO) are also implemented compared together solving problem. Compared a standard 69-node system, implementation COA by 83.84%, 91.27% 92.74%, respectively. On other hand, reach smaller than IPSO 0.96%, 2.17% 2.1% SMA 0.72%, 1.64%, 1.6%, Conclusions: indicate more effectively base without DGUs, strong providing good solutions reduction cost.
